Please see picture for everything that is included. I ended up finding the rest of the tops to the tube after taking initial photos so all the tubes have tops. Also shown, the battery compartment had some corroded batteries in it and I cleaned it up as best as I could and it works fine now. There is still signs of previous corrosion.
